Shipping policy

We have several methods of shipping methods to choose from upon checkout.  Select the method that best fits your needs.  

 

PICKUP LOCATIONS

We offer two pickup locations free of charge.  McKenney's Atlanta Office and McKenney's Charlotte Office.  Orders to the offices are processed once a week.  Orders placed by Thursday at 11 AM will be shipped the following day (Friday).

 

DIRECT SHIP

We offer several methods of USPS & UPS shipping depending on your needs.  This service will incur a shipping fee which will be added at checkout.  Orders ship within 24-48 hours.  Estimated delivery dates are visible at checkout.

 

PROCESSING TIME 

Processing time + Transit time = Estimated delivery. 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, orders may take 24-48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process and ship.  Delivery times and processing times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and vary between carriers.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building and/or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
